The project looks to make improvements to a Grade II listed 1830s’ office building in a town centre. Proposals involve an extensive, yet sensitive reconfiguration of the interior layout to make the building a more suitable home for a collection of contemporary businesses.
As well as office space, additional shared breakout and meeting facilities are provided to help foster a collective and collaborative working environment.
