The project is a single-storey rear extension to a semi-detatched dwelling in the Cotswold AONB. The extension provides our clients with additional kitchen, living and utility space.
The extension is north-facing so large rooflights provide diffused natural lighting throughout the day. Due to the sensitive location of the house, the proposed design steps back to reduce visibility from the street.
