The project is a full refurbishment of a Grade II listed property on Cowbridge High St. in Wales. Proposals aim to increase the commercial viability of the ground floor retail unit, while maintaining the historical significance of the building.
Design decisions have been made to minimise the amount of alteration to the historic fabric and celebrate features rather than viewing them as constraints. Improvements are also proposed to the first-floor residential unit alongside extensive refurbishment work.
