Renovated stone cottage in Devon

THREE STONE BUILDINGS

Devon, UK

We helped with the conversion of three Grade II listed, partially derelict buildings into holiday lets.

This project is the perfect example of balancing the preservation of building history with a contemporary upgrade. The exposed timber trusses and refurbished original windows sit harmoniously with the new fixtures, fittings and finishes.

The use of natural materials and soft colours helps to give the spaces warmth.

Type: domestic / holiday lets

Stamp services: architectural consultation and design

Status: completed 2025

“Katherine was a fantastic help on the Trafalgar Barton project. She designed beautiful interiors that struck the right balance between elegance and affordability, translating traditional aesthetic themes into thoughtful, well-resolved spaces. She was a pleasure to work with throughout. Highly recommended.”
